At Motorsport Werk, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for all physical products purchased from https://motorsport-werk.com, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unopened and unused.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the product’s arrival, as verified by the tracking information from DHL.

Digital goods, custom orders, or other non-physical items are not eligible for returns under this policy.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Arrange the return shipping at your own cost. Returns must be shipped to the sender’s address as listed on the original shipping label.
  • Include relevant information about the purchase with the return package, such as:
    • A copy of the purchase receipt or invoice.
    • Order details (e.g., order number or customer name).
  • Alternatively, you may inform us about the return by email at contact@motorsport-werk.com.

Important: If no purchase information is included, we will make every effort to identify the order. However, we cannot guarantee a refund if we are unable to link the return to a specific purchase.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm that it is unopened and unused, we will process the refund. Refunds are issued as follows:

  • Refunds can be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, or via SEPA bank transfer (available within the SEPA area), at the customer’s choice.
  • Original shipping costs (paid during checkout) are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@motorsport-werk.com. We do not require photos or statements for processing such claims. These cases will be resolved by either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped. However, you can decline the package upon delivery by refusing to accept it from DHL. This will result in the package being returned to us.

6. Exceptions

The following situations are exceptions to this policy:

  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., opened or used items) will not be accepted.
  • Packages returned without purchase information may not be eligible for a refund.
